Reception Sites
The Gasparilla Inn & Club offers several locations for your wedding ceremony and reception.
The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club
For seated meal functions of up to 160 Persons, the Beach Club is our most
popular site. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this facility offers the flexibility of both indoor and outdoor
dining. Cocktails are typically served poolside with dinner to follow either inside the building known as the Gulf
Room or outdoors surrounding the pool. The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club is open for our guests and members use
until 6:00 p.m. each day and we therefore suggest planning your reception for 6:30 p.m. or later. The Gulf Room
dimensions are 70ft. x 36ft. or 2,520 square feet.
The Gasparilla Inn Croquet Event Lawns
For Wedding functions of more than 150 Persons, we offer The
Gasparilla Inn Croquet Lawn overlooking our golf course, ponds and bayou. It would be necessary to rent a tent
to cover this area and the Inn would be delighted to work with you in arranging the tent. There are three Croquet
Event Lawns available. The largest event lawn is 110ft. x 188ft. or 20,680 square feet, followed by 96ft. x 75ft,
or 7,200 square feet and the third event lawn is 80ft. x 80ft. or 6,400 square feet. The tent rental is not included
in the Site Rental Fee.
The Gasparilla Inn Croquet Club House
For Wedding functions of less than 30 Persons, we offer the
Gasparilla Inn Croquet Club House overlooking our golf course, the bayou and Charlotte Harbor. Cocktails may
be served on the Porch with dinner to follow inside the Club House. Croquet House dimensions are 30ft. x 18 ft.
or 540 square feet.
The Gasparilla Inn Golf Course Gazebo Area
For Wedding functions up to 90 Persons, the Gasparilla Inn
Golf Course Gazebo is available. Cocktails may be served on the lower lawn with dinner to follow up on the
Gazebo itself. The Gazebo is octagonal in shape and measures 34ft. across.
The Gasparilla Inn Main Dining Room
For Wedding functions of up to 300 Persons, The Main Dining Room
is available. Cocktail Receptions followed by dinner may be held in this grand room. The approximate square
footage for The Main Dining Room is 5,510 square feet. This site is only available for weddings who have booked 130 rooms or more at the Inn.
