Listed below are the guidelines and policies at the Inn to assist you in planning your most special day. The Gasparilla Inn & Club takes great pride in providing a beautiful location, exceptional food and the finest service for your wedding celebration. Our professional staff will do all they can to ensure your event is tailored to your personal taste and is a memorable experience for all who attend.
Setting Your Wedding Date
As a seasonal resort, The Gasparilla Inn & Club entertains weddings during our Fall, Social and Spring Seasons. Available dates each year are November 1st to mid-June, excluding the month of March. We are closed from mid- June to the end of October.
Deposit
Once a date and location has been selected, a deposit based on specific arrangements will be required to hold the date. We will also calculate an estimated total cost of your wedding and an appropriate payment schedule. This deposit is nonrefundable.
