Hot out of the Kitchen Wines on the Menu Weekend Flyer

The Gasparilla Inn & Club invites gourmands and wine enthusiasts to the most anticipated culinary event of the season, our Annual Food & Wine Weekend. During this exciting weekend, guests learn the cooking techniques of leading chefs, taste wines from the world’s most famous regions, and experience delectable cuisine.

Held at The Inn each January, the weekend begins Friday evening with a welcome reception, where guests embark on a virtual tour of the world’s most famous culinary regions. Samplings of distinguished wines are paired with flavorful food. Attendees also meet Master Chef Peter Timmins, executive chef at The Inn as well as guest chefs and vintners. On Saturday, guests attend culinary events throughout the day, including culinary demonstrations and wine tastings, a final night reception, and the Master Chef’s Dinner.

The Fifth Annual Food & Wine Weekend is scheduled for January 14-16, 2011. This year, the Master Chef's Dinner will feature wine selections from Willakenzie Estate Winery and exceptional cuisine created by Master Chef Peter Timmins and others.
