The Boca Grande Fishing Classic
The internationally renowned Boca Grande Fishing Classic will be held at The Gasparilla Inn & Club once again, May 1-4, 2013. Sport fishermen from around the world will gather here to take part in this exciting and challenging event hosted by The Gasparilla Inn & Club to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Guests will enjoy two days of amazing fishing for tarpon, redfish, snook and trout in the celebrated waters of the Boca Grande Pass and the nearby back waterways, all guided by local professional captains. In addition, guests will participate in a welcome reception and barbecue dinner on Wednesday evening, and an awards celebration reception and dinner with live auction on Friday. The three-day event features celebrity host Ed Marinaro, former Cornell University Football All-American and star of "Hill Street Blues" and other hit television series.
