A relaxing, classic Swedish massage using warm cream lotion. This massage will leave your skin silky soft and your mind in a state of total relaxation.

Deep Muscle Massage (60/90 Min): $120/$150
Our therapists work your body’s muscles and muscle groups reviving and energizing sore and tired muscles. This massage will leave you feeling as if your muscles had an energizing workout.

Stone Therapy Massage (60/90 Min): $118/$148
Working warm stones into stressed and tired muscles using long Swedish style strokes, a deeply penetrating, relaxing therapeutic massage is experienced.

Thai Massage (60/90 Min): $125/$140
This is a relaxing and energizing massage at the same time. Our therapists will move you through a flowing sequence of stretches while applying a rhythmic pressure along energy pathways and points. This massage is performed on a mat.

Reiki (50/80 Min): $130/$165
Relaxing, light touch therapy that supports the body’s natural healing ability to dissipate the negative effects of physical and or emotional events.

Sports Massage (50/80 Min): $115/$145
A unique form of massage typically used before, during or after athletic events. The purpose of this massage is to drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension and promote flexibility resulting in fewer injuries.

Reflexology (25/50 Min): $65/$120
The ultimate foot massage which promotes good health by strengthening the internal organs and body system through the many reflexes in one’s feet.

Craniosacral Massage (50/80 Min): $130/$165
This gentle, light-touch therapy improves the strength and freedom of the core body rhythms. The Craniosacral approach seeks to balance the physical, emotional and other stressful challenges to the body’s integrity. General health is enhanced by strengthening the immune system.

Mothers-to-be Massage (50/80 Min): $125/$155
Pregnancy massage reduces stress, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, and relieves aches and pains in muscles and joints. Not only can massage be physically beneficial, but the human touch can be comforting and provide emotional support during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy Massage (50/80 Min): $128/$160
A customized experience using high quality therapeutic essential oils and skin nourishing carrier oils, such as jojoba oil, to take your massage to the next level.
A therapist consults with guest to find out their needs and chooses blends of oils that best suit their needs from a therapeutic stand point. The guest then chooses which blend of oils they like best from an aromatic stand point. Massage can be Swedish or Deep Muscle work.

Gentleman’s Golf Massage (50/80 Min): $120/$160
Golfer’s Elbow/Tendinitis focus.
This massage concentrates on stretching, massaging and healing the forearm and lower back. Upper body focus.

Watsu (60 Min): $130
A gentle massage performed in our lap pool resulting in a deep mental state of relaxation, increased range of motion and increased muscle relaxation.
