- Fall Season — October 13 to December 20, 2011 - 14 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Thanksgiving — November 23 to 27, 2011 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Social Season — December 21, 2011 to April 8, 2012 - 21 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Twelve Days of Christmas/New Year's — December 21, 2011 to January 1, 2012 - 30 days prior notice
for full refund of deposit. - President's Weekend —February 17 to 20, 2012 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Family Spring Break —March 1 to April 4, 2012 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Easter — April 5 to 8, 2012 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Spring/Summer Season — April 9 to July 8, 2012 - 14 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for any unused package features.
