The Inn, Cottages and Villas
- Fall Season – October 11 to December 20, 2012 - 14 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Thanksgiving – November 21 to 25, 2012 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Social Season – December 21, 2012 to February 28, 2013 - 21 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Twelve Days of Christmas/New Year's – December 21, 2012 to January 1, 2013 - 30 days prior notice
for full refund of deposit. - President's Weekend –February 15 to 18, 2013 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Family Spring Break –March 1 to March 27, 2013 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Easter – March 28 to 31, 2013 - 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- Spring/Summer Season – April 1 to July 7, 2013 - 14 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for any unused package features.
