Guest Accomodation Cancellation Policies

Inn, Cottages and Villas

  • Spring/Fall Seasons — 14 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
  • Social Season — 21 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
  • Holiday periods (Thanksgiving, 12 Days of Christmas/New Years, Presidents' Weekend, Family Spring Break at The Inn, March 14 – April 4, 2010 including Easter) — 30 days prior notice for full refund of deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused package features.
